MARC JUNG ° PARTISAN POSTER SESSION

PARTISAN POSTER SESSION | made by MARC JUNG

We are poster fans and therefore asked five artists in the summer of 2013 to design a poster on the theme of "Heart and Soul" using their own chosen methods.

MARC JUNG - He lives and works in Erfurt. In 2011, he received his diploma in Fine Arts from the Bauhaus University Weimar under Prof. Elfi Fröhlich. In 2009|2010, Marc studied painting in the class of Prof. Daniel Richter at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. In 2012, he began his postgraduate studies as a master student under Prof. Wolfram Adalbert Scheffler at the Dresden Academy of Fine Arts. Marc focuses on the media of painting, drawing, objects, and installation in an expressive-abstract-figurative manner.

For him, art is the gigantic funnel of an oversized meat grinder that sucks up all his observations of daily madness, minces them, and spits out something that brings this reality down to a common denominator. While doing this job, it doesn't have to be beautiful, just honest, like a knockout.
