Jönne Coexprocafe – Röstbrüder
JÖNNE coffee is grown by the Coexprocafe cooperative in the mountainous northwest of Colombia at an altitude of over 1700 meters. Cultivated, harvested, and processed using meticulous handcraft, it continues the old Colombian coffee tradition.
After being directly imported by hacofco, the beans are lightly and gently roasted by hand in the heart of Weimar. The result is a coffee that impresses not only with its strong cherry notes but also with a smooth caramel sweetness. It is characterized by a silky texture and a wonderful balance of sweetness and acidity.
